Something wrong in a report
If a finding is wrong, tell us which finding id and why. Every finding cites a file, a line range, and a hash of the exact lines it is talking about, so a disagreement about the facts is usually settled in a minute. If we got it wrong we correct it and reissue the certificate at no charge.
A security issue in our own service
We will acknowledge within one business day. We do not run a paid bounty yet, and we will not threaten anyone who reports something in good faith.
